*Orchestra in front of the stage to accommodate 40 seated musicians.
*Conference Center with ceilings a minimum of 14’ high (to accommodate 250-300 people at 10-seat round tables). Conference should also have a small stage. Room should be able to be divided into two smaller rooms using track wall and should have adequate storage (approximately 600 Square Feet).
*Conference room shall have an audio/video booth at rear. A catering kitchen (approximately 400 Square Feet).
